Voltage Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo Acting President: Yuzi Tsutani) has set a Thursday, April 23rd release date for Court of Darkness: Captivation’s Kiss. This is the second volume of Nintendo Switch™ editions for the popular ongoing VolKoi app, Court of Darkness.
Court of Darkness (hereafter, CoD) is based on the Japanese app Makai Ouji to Miwaku no Naitomea, which launched in 2018 and celebrated its 8th anniversary this February. A sophisticated isekai fantasy for adult audiences, it features rich, intricately woven storylines, captivating characters, and beautifully detailed illustrations. In the magical realm the heroine finds herself in, princes crave the power contained within her kiss and will use any sweet words and temptations necessary to obtain it.
The first volume was released on Nintendo Switch™ in September 2025, and there are plenty of reasons to fall in love with the cast featured in this second volume. The Nintendo Switch™ version features a horizontal layout rather than a vertical one, allowing you to enjoy their stories from a whole new perspective.
